Please have all verbiage and pictures readily available.
Turnaround time for book cover is 1 week.  Failure to provide verbiage/pictures in a timely manner will result in your service being voided and no refund will be rewarded.
 
If for any reason there is an inconvience on the designer(s) behalf we will communicate and come to a new fullfilment agreement. Any service that has been voided due to lack of requested info provided/communication there is an option to restart your project for a surcharge of (+$25.00)
 
We expect all clients to respect our creative space and please allow designers to fullfil your order in the max time allowed without excessive interruptions. 
 
Please have all verbiage and pictures readily available. Please only reach out if it has been over 72 hours and there is no communication with designer and client.
