Turnaround time varies per service/package. The expected max turnaround time for a business card design is 48 hours. Failure to provide verbiage/pictures in a timely manner will result in your service being voided and no refund will be rewarded.
If for any reason there is an inconvience on the designer(s) behalf we will communicate and come to a new fullfilment agreement. Any service that has been voided due to lack of requested info provied/communication there is an option to restart your project for a surcharge of (+$25.00)
We expect all clients to respect our creative space and please allow designers to fullfil your order in the max time allowed without excessive interruptions.
Please have all verbiage and pictures readily available. Please only reach out if it has been over 72 hours and there is no communication with designer and client.

Business card design

- Turnaround times are an estimated timeframe and are subject to change during peak business seasons
- Revisions can cause a delay in the completion of your project. Please keep in mind you will have 2 FREE revisions when selecting this service, please detailed and precise when submitting info.
- Turnaround time does not begin until all requested info has been received.
- A redesign is NOT a revision. A complete redesign or change in concept will require a redesign fee to be sent via email along with your up to date redesign verbiage/images.
After purchase:
Upon purchase, client must fill out submission form under tab "forms" to be successfully submitted into our design queue. Client must have all necessary information submitted within 3 business days of purchasing. Failure to submit requested info in a timely manner will result in the turnaround time being extended. All abandoned projects over 30 days will automatically be cancelled and a new form of payment must be made to re-renter the queue.
Communication: All further communication will happen via email following form submission unless a scheduled phone call or Zoom call has been confirmed.
Final Files: All final files will be sent via email to address on file. Final files may/may not include the following:
