Projects can take anywhere from 3 days-3 weeks depending on the service(s) selected. Turnaround times will vary per service and will be listed on the service page.
All projects are provided 3 FREE revisions. After all 3 revisions have been used, you MUST purchase additional revisions. Revisions must be paid in full before receiving any updates to your project. Unlimited revisions are only offered for Packages and Website development.
No. You must provide all quality images via order form! Images must be high resolution ONLY! I will not accept filtered pictures or screenshots. Be mindful, the image quality you provide reflects the finalized look of your project.
For orders that require shipping, Yes we do ship USPS Postal standard shipping. 3-5 business days once print order is completed.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days once project is approved by the client. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Standard rates apply! Expedited shipping is not available!
